Frequently asked questions:

Q. How do I order a card?

A. You simply choose the card you would like to purchase, and print the Order Form out, then write in the code and then send to our address.

Q. How much is Postage & Packing?

A. 1-2 Cards: 50p.  2-4 Cards: £1.00. 4+ Cards: £2.00

Q. How long will it take for my card(s) to arrive?  

A. It may take up to a week, depending on stock.

Q. If I don't like the card(s), can I get a refund?

A. Yes, if you wish to return the card(s) then you will get your money back.

Q. I didn't receive my purchase in the mail, how come?

A. It may be, that it got lost in the mail, or there isn't enough stock.  If this happens, please contact me. 

Q. If I want to swap a card, is that possible?

A. Yes, if you wish to swap a card, then all you need to do is send back the card(s) with a note, saying that you want to swap, and if there is enough stock left, I will send the card(s) to you.
